Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent after 15 years as a web developer

Aisha Rasmussen · 2026-08-01T06:27:32.017Z

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 15 weeks. I do not usually post, so bear with me. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

Ask early about permanent openings. Some teams fill them from their seasonal list.
