Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent after 15 years as a medical assistant

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 15 weeks. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks. Which employers treat seasonal workers well?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 8 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
