Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent after 13 years as a machine operator

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 13 weeks. It has been a long 17 weeks. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
