Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent after 12 years as an office manager

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 12 weeks. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks. Is it worth applying to several at once?

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.
