Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent after 12 years as a call-centre agent

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 12 weeks. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.
