Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent after 11 years as a paralegal

Vivek Costa · 2026-05-29T19:34:04.627Z

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 11 weeks. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.
