Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent after 10 years as a security officer

I am looking at seasonal jobs around Cleveland that might lead to something longer. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks. Is it worth applying to several at once?

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.
