Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent after 10 years as a customer-service rep

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 10 weeks. It has been a long 11 weeks. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Is it worth applying to several at once?

Keep a list of supervisors' names. A reference from one of them helped me land my next job.
