Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent, accounts payable clerk here

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 15 weeks. Thank you in advance. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Which employers treat seasonal workers well?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 3 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
