Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 6 weeks. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Is it worth applying to several at once?

Ask early about permanent openings. Some teams fill them from their seasonal list.

Keep a list of supervisors' names. A reference from one of them helped me land my next job.
