Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 14 weeks. It has been a long 8 weeks. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Is it worth applying to several at once?

Apply to several. Start dates and schedules change quickly and having options helps.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 3 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
