Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent - 9 weeks in

I am looking at seasonal jobs around Minneapolis that might lead to something longer. I do not usually post, so bear with me. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.
