Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 9 weeks. I have been trying to stay organised about it. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks. Is it worth applying to several at once?

Apply to several. Start dates and schedules change quickly and having options helps.

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.
