Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 8 weeks. I am in Spokane, in case local advice matters. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks. Which employers treat seasonal workers well?

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.

Ask early about permanent openings. Some teams fill them from their seasonal list.
