Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent

Emeka Quintero · 2026-08-29T04:31:41.234Z

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 16 weeks. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.
