Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent - 8 weeks in

A retailer and two warehouses near Pittsburgh are hiring seasonal staff. I worked as a nurse's aide before this. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.
