Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent - 7 months and counting

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 3 weeks. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Is it worth applying to several at once?

Apply to several. Start dates and schedules change quickly and having options helps.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
