Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent

I am looking at seasonal jobs around Minneapolis that might lead to something longer. I do not usually post, so bear with me. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

Ask early about permanent openings. Some teams fill them from their seasonal list.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 6 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
