Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent - 6 weeks in

I am looking at seasonal jobs around Austin that might lead to something longer. I would like to avoid a gap in my résumé. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

Ask early about permanent openings. Some teams fill them from their seasonal list.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 14 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
