Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent - 6 weeks in

I am looking at seasonal jobs around Boston that might lead to something longer. I do not usually post, so bear with me. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

Ask early about permanent openings. Some teams fill them from their seasonal list.
