Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent - 6 weeks in

A retailer and two warehouses near Salt Lake City are hiring seasonal staff. It has been weighing on me all week. I would like to avoid a gap in my résumé.

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
