Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent - 6 weeks in

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 9 weeks. I do not usually post, so bear with me. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Is it worth applying to several at once?

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.
