Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent - 5 months and counting

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 15 weeks. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

Apply to several. Start dates and schedules change quickly and having options helps.
