Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent

I am looking at seasonal jobs around Minneapolis that might lead to something longer. Thank you in advance. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
