Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent

Emeka Quintero · 2026-06-03T01:17:38.191Z

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 18 weeks. I am in Omaha, in case local advice matters. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

Keep a list of supervisors' names. A reference from one of them helped me land my next job.
