Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent - 3 months and counting

I am looking at seasonal jobs around Oklahoma City that might lead to something longer. There are 10 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Which employers treat seasonal workers well?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
