Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent - 25 weeks in

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 15 weeks. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Which employers treat seasonal workers well?

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
