Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent - 20 weeks in

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 15 weeks. I am in Providence, in case local advice matters. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Is it worth applying to several at once?

Ask early about permanent openings. Some teams fill them from their seasonal list.

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.
