Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent - 20 weeks in

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 11 weeks. It has been weighing on me all week. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks. Which employers treat seasonal workers well?

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
