Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent - 2 months and counting

I am looking at seasonal jobs around Sacramento that might lead to something longer. I am in Sacramento, in case local advice matters. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Ask early about permanent openings. Some teams fill them from their seasonal list.
