Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent - 19 weeks in

Kenji Nakamura · 2026-08-21T11:55:28.964Z

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 14 weeks. It has been weighing on me all week. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Is it worth applying to several at once?

Keep a list of supervisors' names. A reference from one of them helped me land my next job.
