Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent - 16 weeks in

Taylor Moreno · 2026-06-25T21:16:06.559Z

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 5 weeks. I worked as a retail manager before this. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

Keep a list of supervisors' names. A reference from one of them helped me land my next job.
