Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent - 11 weeks in

I am looking at seasonal jobs around Portland that might lead to something longer. There are 12 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
