Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent - 11 months and counting

I am looking at seasonal jobs around Memphis that might lead to something longer. Thank you in advance. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.

Ask early about permanent openings. Some teams fill them from their seasonal list.
