Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent - 10 weeks in

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 17 weeks. It has been a long 10 weeks. I would like to avoid a gap in my résumé. Is it worth applying to several at once?

Ask early about permanent openings. Some teams fill them from their seasonal list.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
