Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent - 10 months and counting

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 6 weeks. I do not usually post, so bear with me. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Is it worth applying to several at once?

Ask early about permanent openings. Some teams fill them from their seasonal list.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 10 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
