Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent - 10 months and counting

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 7 weeks. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

Ask early about permanent openings. Some teams fill them from their seasonal list.

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.
