Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year? - what worked for you?

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 12 weeks. I have been trying to stay organised about it. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Is it worth applying to several at once?

Keep a list of supervisors' names. A reference from one of them helped me land my next job.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
