Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year? - what worked for you?

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 14 weeks. It has been weighing on me all week. I would like to avoid a gap in my résumé.

Ask early about permanent openings. Some teams fill them from their seasonal list.

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.
