Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year? - what worked for you?

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 15 weeks. Thank you in advance. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Is it worth applying to several at once?

Apply to several. Start dates and schedules change quickly and having options helps.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
