Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year? - what worked for you?

I am looking at seasonal jobs around Albuquerque that might lead to something longer. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks. Which employers treat seasonal workers well?

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.

Apply to several. Start dates and schedules change quickly and having options helps.
