Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year? - what worked for you?

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 17 weeks. I do not usually post, so bear with me. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

Ask early about permanent openings. Some teams fill them from their seasonal list.
