Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year? (update)

Lukas Okafor · 2026-07-28T03:29:58.343Z

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 3 weeks. I have been trying to stay organised about it. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Is it worth applying to several at once?

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.
