Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year? (update)

Kwame Hovland · 2026-07-27T03:42:47.801Z

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 9 weeks. Any experience at all would help. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.
