Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year? (update)

I am looking at seasonal jobs around Toledo that might lead to something longer. There are 16 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.
