Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year? (update)

I am looking at seasonal jobs around Nashville that might lead to something longer. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

Ask early about permanent openings. Some teams fill them from their seasonal list.

Apply to several. Start dates and schedules change quickly and having options helps.
