Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year? (update)

A retailer and two warehouses near Louisville are hiring seasonal staff. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Which employers treat seasonal workers well?

Ask early about permanent openings. Some teams fill them from their seasonal list.

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.
