Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year? (update)

I am looking at seasonal jobs around Phoenix that might lead to something longer. I do not usually post, so bear with me. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Which employers treat seasonal workers well?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.
