Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year? (update)

I am looking at seasonal jobs around Kansas City that might lead to something longer. There are 9 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks. Is it worth applying to several at once?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
