Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year? (update)

Mei Lindqvist · 2026-09-15T16:52:47.358Z

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 17 weeks. I worked as a web developer before this. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.
